copper smelting and  refining sponsored by Yantai Non-ferrous Metals Co.,Ltd.,
Minmetals Resources Limited and China Non-ferrous New Metal Co.,Ltd., of
which Yantai Non-ferrous Metals Co.,Ltd. accounts for 49.8% of the total share
capital, Minmetals Resources Limited for 42%, and China Non-ferrous New
Metal Co.,Ltd. for 8.2%.
Yantai Penghui Copper Industry Co., Ltd. is located at Hua Gong Road, Yantai,
seven kilometers away from Yantai port, 1.5 kilometers from one of railway
stations distributing major bulks in Yantai, making the company the nearest to a
port among the non-ferrous metals smelting industry in China with exclusive
railway lines.The factory covers an area of 426,000 square meters, with about
1,500 staff, including nearly 200 professional technicians.

Peninsular and Yantai port in favor of the import and export, the company makes
